Our client are a Residential, Commercial and Specialist Main Contractor that are looking for an experienced and established Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to assume full commercial responsibility from project instruction to final account.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer project documentation and contracts, primarily using the JCT suite
- Produce budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts
- Prepare interim valuations, price variations, and manage change orders
- Coordinate subcontractor packages, procurement activities, and payment schedules
- Monitor expenditures, reconcile accounts, and produce detailed performance reports
- Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and project close-out records
- Engage clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain commercial alignment
Qualifications needed:
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction
- Experience in JCT Contracts
- Experience in Fit-Out, Refurbishment and Residential projects
