Our client specialise in many sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Cladding Remediation. They have sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and manage their upcoming projects.

Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Manage all site operations and coordinate with the Contracts Manager, clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • Prepare, update, and monitor construction programmes, progress reports, and site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and site procedures.
  • Oversee site setup, logistics, welfare, security, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage RFIs, CVIs, subcontractor instructions, procurement schedules, and project records.
  • Chair site and subcontractor meetings, issue minutes, and monitor progress against programme.
  • Supervise operatives and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards.
  • Support commercial activities including variations, claims, extensions of time, and final accounts.
  • Ensure timely completion of O&M manuals, Health & Safety files, and handover documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and strive for successful project delivery with minimal defects.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

  • Minimum HNC or HND qualification
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Working at Height
  • PASMA
  • MUST HAVE extensive Project Management experience
