Our client is a Decorating Contractor based in Nottingham that is looking for a contracts manager to join their team.

Duties:

  • Assessing painting projects, estimating the cost, labour resources, materials and time for completion.
  • Putting together well-presented, competitive tender packages for work.
  • Producing risk assessments and method statements for contracts.
  • Managing the contract from start to finish.

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience of pricing single painting projects.
  • Experience of winning painting contracts through competitive tendering.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of managing site-based operatives.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Full driving license.
