Our client is a Decorating Contractor based in Nottingham that is looking for a contracts manager to join their team.
Duties:
- Assessing painting projects, estimating the cost, labour resources, materials and time for completion.
- Putting together well-presented, competitive tender packages for work.
- Producing risk assessments and method statements for contracts.
- Managing the contract from start to finish.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience of pricing single painting projects.
- Experience of winning painting contracts through competitive tendering.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Experience of managing site-based operatives.
- Strong IT skills.
- Full driving license.
