Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in civils/ groundworks, and they are looking for a Site Manager / Project Manager to deliver the project in Norwich.
Site Manager / Project Manager will be expected to:
- Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
- Coordinate/ book all trades
- Ensure trades are performing to programme and to the highest standard
- Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
- Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
- Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
- Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time. We are aiming to have the development completed by the end of July with perhaps only snagging remaining.
- Run day-to-day duties on site
