Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in the Commercial and Industrial sectors, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team out of their head office in Maidenhead.

Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
  • Coordinate/book all trades
  • Ensure trades are performing to programme and to the highest standard
  • Order/request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
  • Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
  • Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Previous Commercial experience
  • Previous Industrial experience
