Document Controller - PERM β Multi Phased 10 year project - Full Time β Site based in Long Ashton, BS41
Our client are an established main contractor, and they are looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to join the team for a large project in Long Ashton, Bristol.
Day-to-day Duties:
- Manage daily office operations
- Answer phones, handle emails, and coordinate correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
- Track and distribute construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders)
- Assist project managers with document preparation and tracking
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance documentation
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist with job costing, budget tracking, and vendor payments
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and documentation
- Assist with onboarding new employees and subcontractors
- Support recruitment and hiring coordination
- Maintain safety documentation and training records
- Coordinate deliveries, equipment rentals, and site logistics
