Our client, a residential developer who have sites across London, are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their Planned Works Division in Waterloo. The client will need you to ensure seamless communication across all parties, progress the projects and ensure resident satisfaction. You will need to build relationships with residents and provide support and information during refurbishment and maintenance works, mitigating any dissatisfaction and resolving complaints and queries swiftly and efficiently.
