Site Manager – Alton, Hampshire - New Build Residential Development of 10 Traditional Build Units. Cover on the following days: Friday 8/05, Monday 11/05, Thursday 14/05 & then 8 straight days from the 20/05 - 29/05.
Our client is a leading residential developer with sites in and around the South East, looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Residential Development in Alton.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Labour
- Ordering of Materials
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project
- To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- Strong work ethic
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in volume Residential New Builds
