Freelance Project Manager – Managing multiple school projects around Surrey & London - ASAP start for a couple of months. Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in School Builds, Fitout and Refurbishments, and they are looking for a Project Manager to help out across a few projects.
Project Manager will be expected to:
- Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
- Coordinate programme and trades
- Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
- Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time
- Working alongside the Senior Project Manager
Skills/Qualifications required:
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous school experience
- Enhanced DBS
