Construction Project Manager in Eastbourne

Project Manager – Eastbourne, Sussex – Healthcare Hospital Ward RefurbishmentOur client is a commercial contractor working around London & Sussex, and they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver the project in Eastbourne and join their team on a permanent basis.

March start date – 18 month initial project with work to follow – PERM role.

Responsibilities

Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis.

Coordinate and book all trades.

Ensure trades are performing to the programme and to the highest standard.

Order and request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings.

Liaise with the client and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving.

Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers.

Qualifications and Skills

SMSTS & CSCS Card.

First Aid Certificate.

Previous hospital refurbishment experience.
