Senior Site Manager – Maidstone, Kent – Phased Hospitial Fitout of an X-Ray Department - Starting Nov 2026 for minimim 12 months
Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in hospital fitouts & refurbishments, and they are looking for a No. 1 Site Manager to deliver a project in Maidstone.
Duties:
- Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
- Coordinate/ book all trades
- Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
- Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
- Liaise with the client, contracts manager and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
- Keep on top of design changes requested by client
- Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
Skills/ Qualifications required :
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous hospital refurbishment/fitout experience
- Previous experience managing projects circa £2M
