Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in the Civils and groundworks sector and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Project Manager will be expected to:

  • Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis
  • Coordinate/ book all trades
  • Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard
  • Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings
  • Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving
  • Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers

Skills/ Qualifications required:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • High level Housing and NHBC experience
