Mechanical Supervisor- Gillingham, Kent - M&E project - 3/4 months work starting ASAP
Our client are an established Kent based contractor, and they are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on an M&E healthcare project in Gillingham
Duties for a Supervisor
- Supervising operatives and subcontractors on a daily basis.
- Planning and coordinating mechanical installation activities to meet the construction programme.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitoring installation of HVAC, plumbing etc.
- Ensuring all works comply with health and safety legislation, conducting toolbox talks, and enforcing site procedures.
- Managing labour levels, material deliveries, and equipment required for the works.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, installation conflicts, and programme delays.
- Reviewing RAMS and ensuring operatives work in accordance with them.
Requirements for a Drylining Supervisor
- SMSTS & CSCS Card
- First AID
- Minimum 2 years' experience working for a mechanical Supervisor
