Our client is a Residential Main Contractor looking for an Office Administrator to join their team based in Bromley.

Duties:

  • Providing customer service
  • Reviewing construction projects
  • Keeping and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of construction supplies
  • Working collaboratively with other construction managers and contractors
  • Organizing project meetings
  • Typing up documents
  • Responding to business enquiries
  • Drawing up contracts

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday 8-5pm (8 hours paid)
  • Friday 8-4:30pm (7.5 hours paid)

Experience needed:

  • MUST HAVE Office Administration experience
  • MUST HAVE experience in Administration in Construction
