Our client are looking for a bricklaying supervisor for a project in Thanet. As a Bricklaying Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all bricklaying activities on-site, leading a team of bricklayers and ensuring that work is completed on time and in accordance with project specifications. Your expertise in bricklaying techniques and strong leadership skills will ensure that the project runs smoothly, with a focus on quality and safety. Key Requirements: * Experience: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Bricklaying Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. * Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Bricklaying or equivalent. SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable) and a valid CSCS card (Supervisor level) required. * Skills: In-depth knowledge of bricklaying techniques, construction methods, and health and safety regulations. * Leadership: Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. * Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly to avoid delays. * Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
