Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong bricklaying background? We\’re recruiting on behalf our client who is looking for a hands-on, driven Site Manager to oversee a key residential project in Gosport. The Role: You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy bricklaying site, ensuring work is completed to high standards, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to manage trades efficiently while maintaining top-tier health & safety standards. Responsibilities: * Oversee all site operations, focusing on bricklaying works * Manage and coordinate bricklaying gangs and subcontractors * Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed * Maintain clear communication with the client, head office, and on-site teams * Monitor progress, quality control, and site documentation * Report regularly on project status and any issues that arise Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on brickwork projects * NVQ Level 3 in Bricklaying or equivalent trade background preferred * SMSTS (Essential) * First Aid Certificate (Essential) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Reliable, organised, and proactive approach Ideal Candidate: * Ex-bricklayer or hands-on trade background who’s worked up into management * Strong understanding of masonry construction methods and site operations * Able to read and interpret technical drawings and plans If you are interested in this position please call Georgia at CPR Recruitment
