CPXR is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction business specialising in high-end refurbishment, renovation, extensions and historic properties.
You will take ownership of the commercial function and work closely with the Managing Director.
The role will involve managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account, including estimating, tendering, procurement, variations, cost control and overall commercial management.
