Our client is a leading contractor with sites in and around London, looking for an experienced Aftercare Manager for a permanent position.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections of the completed site to ensure everything is in good condition and any defects are identified early.
- Ensuring any issues under warranty are fixed promptly, coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients after the project is completed.
- Working with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure any needed repairs or adjustments are made.
- Keeping detailed records of all aftercare activities, including repairs, replacements, and client interactions.
- Resolving issues related to the quality of materials or craftsmanship that may have become apparent after the project completion.
- Travelling to various sites to ensure the above is completed.
