Assistant Site Manager - Uckfield, East Sussex
We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a residential development in Uckfield, working alongside an experienced Site Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer care, finishing and quality control, ensuring homes are completed to a high standard.
Following completion of the current project, you will move with the current team on to a new development in the area, due to start in April 2027, comprising approximately 500 units.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar
- Strong customer care and finishing skills
- Hardworking, proactive and reliable
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
