Site Manager - Exeter, Devon - External Roofing & Refurbishment Works - Starting 12th Oct for 5-6 weeks
Our client are a leading contractor with sites arounf the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a project involving two residential units: one flat-roof replacement and repairs to one pitched roof.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
- Ordering of Labour
- Point of contact between site and office
- Ordering of Materials
- Identify and resolve any issues with the project
- To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness & Fire Marshal (in date)
- First Aid Certificate
