We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and materials management. Driving licence required.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day to day warehouse operations
- Engage in manual handling of goods, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Manage stock levels by accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch and tracking stock movement.
- Ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock levels for operational needs
- Load and unload materials from lorries, ensuring proper placement for optimal storage.
- Fleet vehicle checks - conduct regular inspections to ensure roadworthiness
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse; forklift experience is an advantage but training can be provided.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following best practices for materials handling.
- Some delivery driving and general maintenance work on site may be required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and improve workflow efficiency.
