We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our cross-functional Agile product team. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centred experiences across our web and mobile applications. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys influencing product strategy, and is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences from discovery through to delivery.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design process, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints to deliver impactful product experiences.
- Lead user-centred design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing and data analysis to uncover customer insights.
- Transform research into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define, validate and deliver new features and product improvements.
- Champion accessibility, usability and interaction design best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews and stakeholder discussions to build alignment and consensus.
- Communicate design decisions confidently, using research and data to support recommendations.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and visual language.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to measure success and continuously improve the user experience.
- Balance speed and quality, making thoughtful design trade-offs to deliver value quickly within an Agile environment.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design and visual design expertise.
- Experience planning and conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards, information architecture and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working within Agile product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
- The ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong prioritisation skills and the confidence to make informed design decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience contributing to design systems and establishing design standards.
You’ll also stand out if you
- Mentor and support other designers, helping to raise design quality across the team.
- Enjoy shaping product strategy, not just delivering screens.
- Use data and customer insight to guide decisions and measure success.
- Build strong relationships across teams and bring people together around a shared vision.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve products, processes and team culture.
You’ll become part of a collaborative product team where design is valued as a strategic function. You’ll have the autonomy to influence product direction, contribute to long-term vision, and help shape how our products evolve. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences, enjoy solving challenging problems, and want to make a lasting impact on both our products and our design culture, we’d love to hear from you.
