We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Early Years Sales Professional to join our high performing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and technology to make a real impact in the early years’ sector.
You will be responsible for driving sales, building meaningful relationships with early years settings across the UK, and representing our brand at key industry events. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in selling into the SaaS solutions into early years sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to increase CPOMS’s market presence across the early years sector.
· Stay informed about industry trends, safeguarding regulations, and sector-specific requirements through market research.
· Act as the subject matter expert on early years safeguarding, wellbeing, and compliance requirements.
Relationship Building
· Build strong relationships with nursery managers, owners, group operators, and other key stakeholders understanding their safeguarding and compliance.
· Attend sector events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent CPOMS and expand awareness in the early years market.
· Work alongside product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure messaging and features resonate with the early years sector.
Sales and Revenue Growth
· Achieve sales targets across UK early years settings.
· Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of relevant organisations.
· Negotiate and close contracts.
Qualifications and Skills
· Demonstrated experience of new business sales, within the Early Years sector.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster lasting relationships.
· Proficiency in use of Salesforce.
· Full UK drivers licence.
