We have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join our team. Based from our head office in Elderslie, the role involves daily travel to sites across the West Coast of Scotland, with occasional travel to other locations as required to support business needs.
The successful candidate should be a time-served Painter and Decorator and will be responsible for undertaking reactive and projects works for our main clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carrying out both reactive and project works for all our clients, as instructed
- Liaising with line manager, regarding status of jobs
- Ensuring work is executed and completed to a professional/acceptable standard and within given timescales
- Complying in accordance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Ensuring you are complying with PPE company standards
- Ensure that company vehicles are maintained in accordance with the company’s vehicle policy
- Satisfactory completion and submission of weekly job/time sheets,
What we are looking for:
- Time served Painter and Decorator
- Ability to work alone, or as part of a team
- Driving licence.
- Valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) card.
- Experience working within the Rail industry
- Availability to travel throughout Scotland as required
