We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Flex, Tactical & Shared Service team, with primary responsibility for leading a large account. This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with client stakeholders, drive execution excellence, and support wider CPM programmes. You will spend two days per week on-site at our client's Maidenhead office, playing a vital role in shaping retail execution strategies, JBPs, optimising ROI and ensuring exceptional delivery across key grocery retailers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the key client account and act as the senior point of contact for commercial and field delivery priorities.
  • Influence retail strategy with insight-led recommendations, demonstrating ROI and improving performance across Sainsbury's, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons.
  • Drive consistent operational excellence - own reporting, field briefings, budgets and quality assurance.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities to grow CPM's revenue and impact.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams, including line management of other Managers, building capability and performance.
  • Work collaboratively across CPM functions to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.

Who We're Looking For

  • 2 years' experience managing client accounts in the grocery channel.
  • Experience within field sales would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with client commercial teams (NAMs, Account Managers, Sales Controllers) and advising them on performance and execution improvements.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including people management responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with a drive to deliver results and grow client partnerships.
