Responsibilities include providing and maintaining effective communication between internal and external teams and appropriate supplier contacts to ensure efficient sharing and use of information. You will help organise training and events for the field teams. Ensure that account toolkits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales. Work with third parties to ensure that equipment is purchased/distributed, and asset management is completed to support service delivery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution. Set up Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and phones for the field team. Work with various teams across the business on day-to-day troubleshooting and problem resolution. Review and document current working practices and procedures/systems, producing recommendations that would demonstrate a real cost/service improvement. Complete field visits to ensure existing operational processes are fit for purpose, ensuring that the learning from these visits is incorporated into day-to-day processes.

Developing operations processes is essential for success in this role, as well as managing CRM systems and working with Excel reporting. You will ideally have some knowledge of planning workflows for reporting, good Excel skills are essential.
