About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to deliver a proactive, high-quality in-house resourcing service for Field and Office based roles. You will own recruitment activity end-to-end, manage and develop a small team, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring needs are anticipated, planned and delivered in line with agreed SLAs. This is a hands-on leadership role working alongside another Senior Recruiter, combining workforce planning with day-to-day recruitment delivery in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Own and deliver recruitment activity from role briefing through to fulfilment: 70% of role.
- Proactively plan resourcing needs using accurate hiring forecasts and data.
- Lead and coach Recruiters, driving performance KPIs, development and delivery.
- Develop effective sourcing plans using CV databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms and advertising channels.
- Ensure vacancies are recruited within agreed SLA timelines and quality standards.
- Provide regular reporting for internal Stakeholders and Recruitment Manager.
- Support recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve agreed KPIs and flex team resources where needed to meet demand.

- Proven success in a recruitment role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Experience managing, motivating and developing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Curious mindset to understand how we can improve and deliver for our clients.
- Confidence sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a natural sales and marketing approach to recruitment.
- IT literate with strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to work three days per week in the Stokenchurch office.
