As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial transactions, reconciliations and records are processed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with colleagues across the Finance team, you'll manage multiple priorities and contribute to the smooth running of departmental activities.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to financial accounting, transactional finance and commercial finance processes, providing an excellent foundation for career development.,

  • Take ownership of at least six balance sheet accounts, including reconciliation, review and transaction management.
  • Manage weekly Finance post, ensuring correspondence is distributed and actioned promptly.
  • Audit monthly billing activity, ensuring invoices are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
  • Prepare and process recharges to client projects and overhead accounts.
  • Maintain finance records, including Direct Debit and recurring transaction documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and take ownership of finance processes as your experience develops.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests.
  • Raise client invoices accurately and within agreed deadlines.
  • Prepare and post journals.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the wider Finance team as required.
