We are looking for Merchandisers in the Sherborne area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
- Confidently navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving.
- Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
- Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
- Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they are eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
- Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
- Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
- Use a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app – sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
- Expose to working with well‑known brands in store.
- Receive on‑going training and support from your Area Manager.
- Opportunity to take on additional work with other CPM clients.
Requirements:
- Pay rate: £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay.
- Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long‑term, ongoing work available.
- Ideal experience in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience beneficial; experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains desirable.
- Use of a car is essential.
- Availability Monday to Sunday; fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Reliable, adaptable and happy working independently.
- Confident talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Use your own car to carry promotional materials or small displays; these may be delivered and stored at home.
- Referrals – earn a bonus for each friend you refer to us.
