We are looking for Merchandisers in the Hatfield area. Approx 8 - 10 hours per week

  • (However likely to increase during busy periods) Β£15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
  • supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
  • Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
  • Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
  • Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
  • Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
  • some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time. Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
  • Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
  • Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
  • Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
  • Takes pride in their work.
  • Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
  • Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback. Referrals - earn a bonus for each friend you refer to us!
  • Exposure to working with well-known brands in store.
  • On-going training and support from your Area Manager.
  • Opportunity to take on additional work with other CPM clients.
  • Work isn't guaranteed. The above hours are a guideline of the current volume of work available.
