Overview
We are looking for Merchandisers in the Plymouth area. Approx 2 β 4 hours per week. Β£14.12 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available (Flexible to suit you). Use of a car is essential. Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
- Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
- Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they\\\βre eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
- Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
- Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
- Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
- Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising β health & beauty experience is desired but not essential.
- Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
- Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
- Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app β this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.

- Exposure to working with well-known brands in store.
- On-going training and support from your Area Manager.
- Opportunity to take on additional work with other CPM clients.
