Join our growing team as a Grocery Field Executive, working in the FMCG and grocery retail sector to improve in-store execution, availability, distribution and visibility for some of the UK's leading soft drinks brands from Suntory, such as Lucozade, Ribena, Celsius and -196, an alcoholic ready to drink can., ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, working with Store Managers and key decision makers to improve the performance and visibility of our brands. Your role will focus on:
Responsibilities
- Improving product availability and identifying gaps in store
- Increasing distribution and store coverage
- Securing and maintaining promotional compliance
- Gaining additional displays and prominent visibility
- Influencing Store Managers using sales data and insight
- Carrying out interventions across the front and back of store
- Identifying opportunities to improve product performance and execution
- Working towards clear commercial KPIs across your territory
You’ll have a company tablet to access sales data and insights, helping you identify opportunities and have meaningful conversations with Store Managers. You'll take ownership of your territory and have the opportunity to make a real impact, while being supported by a friendly and collaborative Field Manager and wider team.
Requirements / Eligibility
- Grocery or retail experience and understand how stores operate.
- Are currently working in grocery and are looking for a role with more regular hours and greater work-life balance.
- Enjoy building relationships and influencing people.
- Are confident using data and information to identify opportunities.
- Are commercially aware and motivated by achieving clear KPIs.
- Take ownership, are organised and enjoy working independently.
- Have the attitude, energy and willingness to learn to develop in a field-based role.
Previous grocery or FMCG/retail experience is valuable, but it isn't essential. We're also interested in people with strong customer-facing experience who have the right attitude and are keen to learn and develop. A full driving licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
