Power into a great new career as a Brand Ambassador! Do you have a passion for engaging with customers and building relationships with businesses? If so, this could be the role for you. We have a fantastic opportunity to work for CPM as a Brand Ambassador representing Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt, one of the world's leading providers for power tools and power tool accessories. Earn £28k plus 10% bonus, company van and equipment. Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Visiting trade tool and DIY retailers in your territory as the ambassador for Stanley and DeWalt products, raising the awareness and profile of their brands with both the trade counter staff and customers alike.
- Positively influence the distribution, availability, and visibility of all SBD products, ensuring staff keep SBD products available, highly visible, and in-store display areas are functional.
- Actively demonstrating the products, their features and benefits and engaging people with the brand.
- Delivering clear, precise training to stores and end users to ensure both brands become the destination brand of choice.
- Build strong working relationships with key contacts, educating them on the product range to help increase in-store sales.
- Attend and support key national events throughout the year.
- Identify, execute, and influence local store initiatives to increase availability and visibility for both brands.
- Identify potential opportunities for additional sales and influence relevant store personnel to implement.
- Maintain excellent communication with trade and DIY employees, business owners, and customers alike.
- Demonstrate products confidently (full product training is provided).
- Work as a self-starter on own initiative and share new ideas.
- Remain on the road with a full UK driving licence.
- Be available for a full-time role Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work to attend exhibitions and county shows.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade and DIY staff, business owners, and customers.
- Confidence in product demonstrations (full product training provided).
- Self-starter who can work on own initiative and contribute ideas.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Able to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend commitments.
