The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Worcester area. Approx 4-6 hours per week (may increase during busy periods). Pay £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days – Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Use of a car is essential.

Location & Territory: Worcester, United Kingdom, WR1. You will be required to cover stores within 10 miles of here and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
  • Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, shelving.
  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
  • Ensure maximum stock is displayed to drive sales.
  • Arrange and top up products so displays are eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
  • Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
  • Perform occasional stock moving and lifting.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in retail or merchandising, preferably in Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains.
  • Availability Monday to Sunday; fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Confident talking to store staff and building in‑store relationships.
  • Takes pride in work.
  • Own car for carrying promotional materials or small displays; materials may be delivered and stored at your home.
  • Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app – including sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
