The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 € per hour.

Use of a car is essential. We are looking for Merchandisers in the Cullumpton area. Approx 2–4 hours per week (however likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long‑term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising – health & beauty would be beneficial – supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity. Ideal location: Cullumpton, United Kingdom, EX15. Territory covering: Stores within 10 miles of Cullumpton and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point–of–sale (POS) materials.
  • Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving confidently.
  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
  • Ensure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
  • Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
  • Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
  • Perform occasional stock moving and lifting as required.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in retail or merchandising (desired).
  • Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
  • Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Confident in talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
  • Take pride in their work.
  • Use own car to carry promotional materials or small displays (may be delivered and stored at home).
  • Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app – this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
