CPM is looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our new team representing Haleon within the grocery retail sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive sales and enhance the in-store presence of market-leading healthcare brands, including Sensodyne, Advil, and Centrum.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs per week. If you have experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance, this position could be the perfect fit.
Ideal location: Hillingdon, United Kingdom, UB8. Territory covering: Croydon, East London, Central London (City), Harrow, Wembley, Kingston, Elmbridge, North London, North West London, South East London, Sutton, Cheam, South West London, Twickenham, Richmond, Uxbridge, Hayes, West London, West End, Bloomsbury, Watford, Bushey and surrounding areas. A driver’s licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential.
About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Executive to join our team, representing Haleon across grocery and key retail channels. As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving product availability, visibility, and compliance in-store. You’ll bring brands to life through impactful merchandising, promotional activations, and strong retailer relationships, ensuring campaigns are executed to the highest standard. What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute in-store activities including merchandising, POS implementation, promotional displays, and FSDU builds to maximise brand visibility and sales.
- Complete scheduled store visits in line with client briefs, KPIs, and compliance standards, capturing accurate data and insights.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues to secure incremental opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- Manage your own territory effectively, demonstrating strong organisation, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Adapt to changing campaign requirements and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company and client with integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
