Are you an organised individual who thrives on implementing and optimising processes? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in Thame.
Salary up to £28,000 p/a DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including private Bupa healthcare.
Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain effective communication between internal & external teams and appropriate supplier contacts to ensure efficient sharing & use of information.
- Support our client’s field activities by organising training and events for the field teams.
- Ensure that account toolkits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standard and timescales.
- Work with third parties to ensure that account equipment is purchased/distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery, as well as troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Set up Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and phones for the field team.
- Work with various teams across the business on day-to-day troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Review and document current working practices and procedures/systems.
- Produce recommendations which would demonstrate a real cost/service improvement.
- Complete field visits to ensure existing operational processes are fit for purpose.
- Ensure that the learning from these visits is incorporated into day-to-day processes.
