CPM is looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Strategic Planning & Analytics to join our Head Office in Stokenchurch, supporting detailed decision‑making across internal teams and client programmes. Our Senior Data Analyst is responsible for leading a team of data analysts who provide internal and external stakeholders (Account Handlers, Field Teams and Clients) with robust reporting, analytics and insight solutions that enable the business to drive performance, efficiency and effectiveness. £42-45k per year depending on experience, this role provides real scope to influence strategy through data.

It is absolutely essential that you drive / have your own transport as we have a hybrid working pattern and you will commute to Thame/Stokenchurch. You must live within commuter distance of the office. Ideal location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14 (currently in Thame).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The Lead Data Analyst will lead a team of two other data analysts, with a responsibility for shaping and guiding their individual growth and development plans (including identifying appropriate upskilling requirements).
  • Apply analytical thinking to move beyond descriptive reporting towards diagnostic and insight‑led outputs.
  • Allocate and prioritise workload across the team to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support through 1:1s and development reviews.
  • Identify individual and team technical capability gaps and proactively support upskilling (e.g. tools, coding, analytics techniques).
