Job Description

At Hyphen, we're looking for an experienced Experiential Account Manager to join our growing team and lead the delivery of exceptional experiential campaigns, events and activations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building strong client relationships, managing multiple projects, and bringing creative ideas to life.

It is a full‑time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary up to £38,000 (depending on experience).

Ideal location: Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14. Hybrid working available – between office, client meetings, event delivery and project requirements.

About The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every experience is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

You’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns, driving commercial success and supporting the development of junior team members, while helping create memorable experiences that deliver real results for our clients.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing day‑to‑day client relationships and acting as the primary contact across multiple projects.
  • Leading the delivery of experiential campaigns, events and activations from brief to execution.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop creative solutions and campaign ideas.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, suppliers and logistics to ensure successful delivery.
  • Preparing cost estimates, managing project finances and protecting profitability.
  • Briefing and coordinating creative, production and operational teams.
  • Supporting pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Leading, motivating and developing Account Executives, Event Managers and field teams.
  • Identifying risks, solving challenges and maintaining exceptional client service throughout project delivery.

About You

  • Experience managing end‑to‑end experiential, events or activation projects.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Experience briefing and managing suppliers, production partners and internal teams.
  • Strong presentation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach.
  • A passion for experiential marketing, live events and creating outstanding brand experiences.
  • Ideally You’ll Also Have
  • Around 5+ years’ experience within experiential marketing, events, retail activation or a related agency environment.
  • Experience responding to client briefs, pitches and RFPs.
  • Confidence leading project teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and digital collaboration skills.
