About The Role

The Deployment Insight Manager plays a key role in delivering accurate, reliable and commercially relevant reporting and insight across Liquid clients. Acting as the analytical owner for StoreSight and EPOS-driven outputs, you will oversee the delivery of deployment insight while remaining hands-on with analysis and reporting. Working closely with the Liquid Analyst and Data Engineer, you will ensure data outputs are trusted, consistent and aligned with client objectives. This role combines senior analytical delivery with coordination and oversight, helping guide delivery quality and priorities across the analytics team without formal line management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the delivery and quality of StoreSight and EPOS-driven reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and aligned with client call files.
  • Oversee the use of EPOS data across Liquid clients, working closely with the Data Engineer to ensure data is reliable and fit for insight generation.
  • Manage delivery of ROI measurement and test vs control analysis, ensuring outputs are methodologically robust and commercially relevant.
  • Maintain reporting standards, definitions and dashboards, ensuring outputs remain accurate, trusted and aligned with client objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and coordination of the Liquid Analyst and Data Engineer to ensure high-quality, prioritised delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, engineering and shopt teams to align data sources, reporting outputs and deployment logic.
  • Support integration of API and external data sources into StoreSight and reporting models.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for Insight Managers, Account Teams and clients.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and support client reporting, planning cycles and QBR insight delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency and data quality across reporting processes.
