  • Work closely with operations, insight, reporting and field teams to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant and delivered on time.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support field teams with engaging communication materials and performance messaging.
  • Continuously improve presentation standards, storytelling and communication effectiveness across the account.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong marketing communication and presentation creation skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capability with a strong eye for layout, storytelling and visual consistency.
  • Confident turning data and insight into commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, able to manage multiple deadlines and content streams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across client, operational and field teams.
  • Strong Excel and reporting confidence, including light to moderate data analysis.
  • Proactive, creative and solutions‑focused, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Desired but not essential

  • Experience in marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, communications or client service.
  • Background within FMCG, retail, grocery, convenience or agency environments.
  • Experience creating client‑facing decks, campaign updates or engagement content.
  • Familiarity with field marketing, retail execution or performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting account reviews, planning cycles or commercial recommendations.

What’s In It For You

  • Salary: Competitive.
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office).
  • Generous Holiday Package: Recoup with 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, extending by one day each year of service up to a generous 31 days with the flexibility to buy and sell holiday days.

  • Dedicated days for giving back to the community through charitable activities.
  • Perks at Work: Access to a wide range of discounts including gym discounts.
  • PEPPY: Confidential access to expert health support across areas like fertility, menopause, pregnancy, and more.
