This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an In-house Recruiter on a 3 month Fixed Term contract. £28,000 per annum pro-rata and hybrid working. Ideal location Stokenchurch, United Kingdom, HP14 (Optional: hybrid working available – 3 days office, 2 days home).
The role involves working within an in-house Recruitment team who recruit people into field roles across the UK for some of the biggest brands in the world. You'll be responsible for having great conversations over the phone/video (Teams) with potential future talent! You will enjoy working at pace and across multiple roles and clients. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end to end recruitment process (shortlisting, conducting phone/Teams interviews) following guidelines to support the business and client branding.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure we use the best eye-catching marketing material for candidate generation.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods including advertising, proactive searching on LinkedIn and CV databases.
- Create a superb candidate experience and effectively manage applicant pipelines.
- Be proactive and think of solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Communicate with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the profile and process is fully aligned.
