We’re seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Fleet order and manage SIM cards and support with the EE SIM account where required. Ensure company assets are logged, tracked and updated accurately on internal systems.
Support the distribution of company equipment in line with required standards and timescales. Monitor busy shared inboxes across Assets and Fleet, triage queries and escalate where appropriate. Support query resolution relating to phones, tablets, SIMs, assets and basic fleet administration.
Liaise with Operations teams regarding equipment set‑up, delivery, queries and internal requirements. Follow documented processes and ensure all administration is completed accurately. Support basic troubleshooting of equipment issues, escalating to IT where required.
