The Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our Norwich warehouse operation and manage client kit across live experiential projects. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse leadership, logistics planning, systems oversight and stakeholder management. You’ll work closely with Production, Client Services, Operations and third-party suppliers to ensure kit is accurately stored, planned, dispatched, returned and maintained, supporting flawless project delivery every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: goods in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns
- Own inventory accuracy, kit planning and warehouse calendars to prevent clashes and double bookings
- Act as logistics lead for projects, managing load lists, vehicles, collections and returns
- Ensure all kit is serviceable and ready through PDIs/RIs
- Be the main point of contact for crews during kit collection and return
- Manage third-party storage and supplier relationships
- Maintain high health & safety standards and compliance
- Monitor costs, support budgeting and ensure PO cover for stored client kit
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management or a senior warehouse role
- Strong knowledge of stock control, logistics planning and warehouse operations
- Confident managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working hands-on while also managing systems, reporting and suppliers
- Passion for events, experiential marketing and project delivery
Desirable
- Forklift licence (counterbalance)
- IOSH Managing Safely (or similar)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience managing teams
