Job Description


Use of a car is essential.


We are looking for Merchandisers in the Formby area. Approx 4-6 hours per week, likely to increase during busy periods. Pay £15.07 per hour (PAYE) including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.


Ideal location: Formby, United Kingdom, L37. Territory: stores within 10 miles of Formby and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities



  • Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.

  • Confidently navigate fixtures (e.g., gondolas, bays, shelving).

  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.

  • Ensure as many stock items as possible are on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.

  • Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays to be eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.

  • Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.

  • Perform stock moving and lifting duties when required.

  • Use phone or tablet to complete reporting on the app, send clear photos and share useful feedback.

  • Use your own car to carry promotional materials or small displays.


Qualifications



  • Experience in retail or merchandising, preferably with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains.

  • Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

  • Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.

  • Confident in communicating with store staff and building in‑store relationships.

  • Takes pride in work quality.

  • Own car available for work.

  • Comfortable using a phone or tablet for reporting.
