Overview

Merchandiser role at CPM UK. Part-time position to place POS (point of sale) and in-store media in Asda. If you can work every Wednesday night/Thursday morning (average 1.5 hours per week) and have experience merchandising/placing POS, we want to hear from you. Pay: £16.27 per hour (including holiday pay).

Ware, United Kingdom, SG12. Store to be covered: Asda Ware SG12 0AD.

What will I be doing?

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.

In a typical call, you will:

  • Sign into the store and introduce yourself to the key store contacts
  • Liaise with store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to the store
  • Place POS (as required) in pre-arranged sections of the store. You may need to use a stepladder to place media at height

Key requirements

  • You can get to the agreed store every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to complete visits
  • Calls to be completed between 8pm on Wednesday and 8am on Thursday (hours vary week to week; you will know in advance what hours are needed)
  • You own a smartphone (Android or iOS) to report visits in store
  • Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder
  • You are competent with and navigate an app-based system
  • Willing to work in-store, potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
