Job Description
Are you looking for a part‑time role to boost your income? CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in‑store media in Asda. If you can work every Thursday (average 4.5 hours per week*) and have experience merchandising/placing POS, we want to hear from you. £14.12 per hour (including holiday pay).
Ideal location: Cardiff, United Kingdom, CF83
Store to be covered: Asda Caerphilly SM CF83 3SX
What will I be doing?
You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.
In a typical call, you will:
- Sign into the store, and introduce yourself to the key store contacts
- Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered
- Place bollard covers and promotional barkers, large gondola end cardboard display units, and other POS in pre‑arranged sections. You may use a stepladder to place media at height.
Key requirements for this role:
- Can get to the agreed store every Thursday to complete your visit
- Calls must be completed between 6am and 4pm on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week but you will know in advance)
- Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits in store
- Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder
- Confident using and navigating an app‑based system
- Willing to work in‑store, spending several hours moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required
- Great communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working with POS essential
You will be fantastic in this role if:
