Job Description
We are looking for Merchandisers in the Stafford area. Approx 4–6 hours per week (likely to increase during busy periods). £15.07 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks of onboarding and training. Flexible working Monday to Sunday with fixed days on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience in retail or merchandising – health & beauty – with a focus on new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
Use of a car is essential.

Territory: stores within 10–15 miles of Stafford.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit high‑street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
- Navigate fixtures (e.g., gondolas, bays, shelving).
- Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
- Maximise shelf space to drive sales and keep displays attractive.
- Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
- Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
- Move and lift stock as required from time to time.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in retail or merchandising.
- Experience with retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains.
- Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to work independently.
- Confidence in communicating with store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
- Take pride in work.
- Own car needed for transporting promotional materials or small displays.
- Ability to use a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending clear photos and useful feedback.
