We are looking for Merchandisers in the Holyhead area. Approximately 4–6 hours per week (likely to increase during busy periods). Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible work Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. A car is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visit a mix of high‑street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
  • Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving confidently.
  • Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
  • Ensure stock is displayed to drive sales and keep displays appealing.
  • Arrange and top up products so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
  • Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
  • Move and lift stock when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail or merchandising (preferred).
  • Experience with stores such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
  • Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Confident talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
  • Takes pride in their work.
  • Own vehicle to carry promotional materials or displays.
  • Comfortable using a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending photos and feedback.
