We are looking for Merchandisers in the Holyhead area. Approximately 4–6 hours per week (likely to increase during busy periods). Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Flexible work Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. A car is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit a mix of high‑street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
- Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving confidently.
- Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
- Ensure stock is displayed to drive sales and keep displays appealing.
- Arrange and top up products so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
- Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
- Move and lift stock when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail or merchandising (preferred).
- Experience with stores such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
- Availability Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Confident talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Own vehicle to carry promotional materials or displays.
- Comfortable using a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending photos and feedback.
