We are looking for Merchandisers in the Exeter area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week (may increase during busy periods). £14.12 single hourly rate including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks of onboarding and training. Long‑term, ongoing work available. Flexible to suit you. Use of a car is essential. Ideal location: Exeter, United Kingdom, EX4. Territory covering: Stores within 10 miles of Exeter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
- Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
- Ensure as much stock as possible is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
- Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they’re eye‑catching and easy for customers to find.
- Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
- Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience is desired but not essential.
- Someone reliable, adaptable and happy working independently.
- Confident in talking to store staff and building good in‑store relationships.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Own car for transporting promotional materials or small displays (may need to store them at home).
- Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app, including sending clear photos and useful feedback.
